- As our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.
- Returns are only applicable in the following cases:

- Missing items in the order

- Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

- After verification, we will:
- Provide a replacement product, OR

- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

We do not accept returns if:
- Product is opened, used, or partially consumed
- Request is made after 24 hours of delivery
- Damage is caused due to improper handling by the customer

- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
